This Rosé is from Grenache Noir and Grenach Gris, vinified to create maximum freshness and fruit flavour. A small percentage is barrique-fermented, and it is all wild yeast ferment. Temperature is carefully monitored.

The 2008 wine was bottled in April 2009 and shows delicate colour and aroma, with charming red fruits, zesty acidity and good rounded mouthfeel.
